Select this option only if you want a front pocket and name printed on the rear of your polo above the club logo. If not, return to the menu and choose a different option. Use either First Name only. First Name, last Initial, First Initial and Surname. Surname Only or Nickname. Full Names may not fit accross the back. Note: "ENTER THE NAME IN THE COMMENTS SECTION WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER". If you request a name, please note that if the size is incorrect, you will not be able to exchange it. If in doubt, order a polo without your name, as we will have spare polos available for you to exchange. Club polos are unisex; please refer to the size chart in the images.
